Metallic Epoxy Coatings use the same durable epoxy materials as standard epoxy floors but combine additional pigments applied within the epoxy to produce visually stunning one-of-a-kind floor finishes. Metallic Floors always consist of a long-wearing, gloss or satin finish urethane topcoat. The results a beautiful, unique and durable floor.
Full chip broadcast floors
Consist of layers of paint chips broadcast into epoxy, then encapsulated by a urethane topcoat to achieve a terrazzo like finish. Individuals can choose from a micro (small) and macro (macro) chip sizes. Full chip broadcast floors will typically combine 2-4 paint chip colors but users may choose any color combination desired. Due to the flakes multi-color pattern, it maintains a clean look while camouflaging dirt and debris. This helps to mask imperfections in sub floor.
Gravel flooring system is a decorative, resinous, seamless flooring system consisting of 100% solids epoxy, decorative flake chips and polyaspartic coating technology.
Color flakes provide a terrazzo-like appearance with minimal maintenance. Due to the flakes and multi color pattern, it maintains a clean look while camouflaging dirt and debris. Gravel flooring system offer excellent adhesion to various substrates while the polyaspartic top coat provide very high abrasion resistance, hot-tire pick up protection, UV stability and excellent chemical resistance. Waterproofing and anti-microbial formulas are available to meet any requirement. Gravel epoxy flake floors meet ADA, USDA, FDA and OSHA standards.
